What to Expect During Your Parent Tour

Visiting Northwood Cottage School is an opportunity to experience our learning community firsthand and gain a deeper understanding of our approach to education.

During your tour, you will be guided through our learning spaces where you can observe how our teachers support students in mixed-age, inquiry-based environments. You’ll see how academic instruction, collaboration, and hands-on learning come together throughout the day.

Preparing for Your Visit

To help ensure a focused and informative experience:

  • Parent tours are for adults only

  • Tours last approximately 45 minutes

  • All new families are required to attend a tour as part of the admissions process
